After 4 days off following the running every day in December (yes I know only 4 days off, but it feels like 2 weeks!) this is the first headtorch trail run of 2016 with my friend Jenny and the doggies.
30 mins of mud, puddles and laughs. If we werent wearing black shoes you could see how muddy we are!
