Todays picture is not taken by me but is representative of something heard rather than seen.
A freezing cold trail run was not something i was really looking forward to, but in the end proved quite lovely. Not only did the heath look like someone had chucked a bucket of glitter over it, and the icy puddles were erm, interesting to say the least, but we had the privilage to hear the distinctive hoot of a Tawny Owl for some of the run.
